Prilly does not currently have its own hospital or ambulatory emergency service. Residents needing urgent medical attention must turn to other facilities in the region, such as the CHUV or the clinics in Lausanne. Since early 2025, however, our walk-in clinic located in the heart of Renens is available to treat non-life-threatening emergencies for people across the area.
Bordering Lausanne, Prilly is a fast-growing residential and economic hub. With its mix of housing, shops, and schools, its expanding population has frequent and varied medical needs. Many residents still go to the CHUV for minor emergencies simply because they aren’t aware of other options. For severe or complex cases, that choice is appropriate—but for most minor issues, hospitals are oversized and over-equipped for these types of situations.
Our solution !
For mild conditions such as cough, fever, infections, or minor injuries, the walk-in emergency clinic at the Centre médical Gare de Renens is a faster and equally safe option. Just a few bus stops away, our center provides a modern alternative to crowded hospital emergency departments.
